The Adair County Extension Homemakers are accepting applications for the Sue C. Stivers Scholarship in the amount of $500. Sue Stivers was the local Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences for several years and made a lasting impact in the Adair County Community. Students at the University of Kentucky in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment perusing any degree or Lindsey Wilson College Education students are encouraged to apply. Additionally, students must be in their junior or senior year. Completed applications, withtranscripts, must be submitted by midnight CST on May 31st, 2024.To pick up an application, or for clarification, please contact Dylan Gentry, Adair County Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences.
